AïANA endeavours to have all orders sent out as soon as possible, however we are not liable for any delays or issues concerning delivery caused by third parties. As we use trusted postage providers with tracking and signature on receipt, we do not refund or replace orders that have been marked as delivered. We cannot be held liable for erroneous deliveries resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, so please ensure you enter the correct delivery information at time of purchase. Due to COVID-19 there may be unforeseen delays.
Shipment is via Australia Post Express within Australia, with signature on delivery and a tracking number.
Delivery is $15 anywhere in Australia for orders under $300 (free shipping for orders $300 and above), with an option to add insurance up to the value of $5,000 for an additional fee, based on the value of your purchase. Optional Insurance Terms and Conditions can be found at the end of this document.
For deliveries outside Australia, Shipment is via Australia Post International Standard or Express Post with signature on delivery required*, sending you a tracking number so you can follow your order. Any and all customs and duties are dependent upon the country of receipt and payable by you (the recipient).
*due to COVID-19 policy updates this may be replaced with a confirmation of delivery in certain countries

Shipping Insurance is offered as an option up to the value of $5,000AUD for both domestic and international deliveries for an additional fee, based on the value of your purchase. For orders over $5,000 please contact us to discuss alternate shipping options with you.
Optional Extra Cover insurance is issued by our shipping provider Australia Post, which covers loss or damage of your purchase while in the care of Australia Post. Extra Cover and any compensation offered under the Australia Post Terms and Conditions are in addition to any rights and remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Coverage is limited where damage to or loss of an article arises from causes beyond reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war or civil unrest. Coverage does not include superficial damage to packaging that does not affect the actual products purchased.
